Woodford Reserve: Quality Campaign

  • From 2015-2019, KERTIS was agency of records with Woodford Reserve, and at the epicenter of growing the one of the fastest growing spirits brands in the world. During that time, we saw Woodford grow from 100,000 cases globally to over 1 million. From the very beginning of our partnership, Woodford Reserve’s craft and attention to detail have set the standard of quality within the bourbon world. In 2017, we were tasked with developing a full-scale creative campaign. We had developed content elevating their Kentucky homeplace, but Woodford Reserve decided that the time was right to introduce itself to the rest of the world. 

    We knew we had a few specific objectives to consider right away: we needed to communicate Woodford Reserve’s dedication to quality, we needed to deliver that message with sophistication and style, and we needed to do it through highlighting both people and product. 

    We developed a national television commercial that subsequently ran on Hulu, digital partner platforms, and across all social media sites. By the end of the campaign, we saw elevated brand awareness, increased sales, and higher search traffic.
